Thank you for your interest in Lake County Athletic Development Corporation (L.C.A.D.). We’re a Youth Sports Development Organization committed to creating safe, positive, and empowering athletic experiences for young people in Lake County. Whether you’re passionate about coaching, mentoring, event support, or helping behind the scenes, your time and talents can make a direct impact on athletes and families. 

We’re currently welcoming community members who want to get involved in meaningful, hands-on ways. Opportunities range from coaching and assistant coaching to event support, administrative help, fundraising, equipment coordination, and transportation support. No matter your background, if you bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to youth development, we’d love to connect. 

If you’re interested in working with us in a paid role or serving as a volunteer, please complete the appropriate application and submit it by email or mail. Our team will follow up with next steps, including any required screening and youth protection training. We appreciate your willingness to invest in local youth sports — together, we can build confidence, character, and community through athletics.
